Leveraging California's SB 9 legislation, this project transforms a former single-family home into five distinct living spaces — two single-family residences and three accessory dwelling units positioned at the rear. Rooted in traditional composition with a modern sensibility, the arched porch and Juliet balcony bring a French romantic charm to the Southern California streetscape.
