Our Team

As founding principal, Huaxia is a California- and New York-licensed architect with a diverse background spanning 15 years of high-level design. Her career began in New York City at the prestigious firms Robert A.M. Stern Architects and Hart Howerton, where she contributed to landmark institutional projects and a range of high-end residential and hospitality commissions.

Now focused on the California market, Huaxia brings the rigor and craft of those monumental works to her designs for multifamily, hospitality, and mixed-use developments. Her work is defined by a philosophy of 'livable luxury' — prioritizing human scale, natural light, and spatial harmony to elevate the everyday living experience.
